Need DaknoAdmin Help? You Can Now Live Chat with Us!

I hope everyone’s had a lovely holiday season and is feeling rested up for the new year! We’re excited to take on all of our projects and goals for 2018, especially now that we’ve released our newest DaknoAdmin feature.

You may have noticed a new feature has popped up in DaknoAdmin.

DaknoAdmin now features live chat. If you ever run into problem or need help using DaknoAdmin, you can now send an instant message to Dakno Support. Just click on the green “Live Support” bar at the bottom of the page, and a text box will pop up where you can submit your question.

Our support team is waiting on the other end to answer your question.

The Live Support bar appears on every page of DaknoAdmin, so no matter what you’re working on, you’ll be able to use it.

Am I Speaking with a Real Person?

Yup, you sure are! You’ll be speaking with Nick or Micah or another member of our support team.

However, please keep in mind, as our chat is run in-house by members of our support team who do need to go home, spend time away from work, and get some sleep, you’ll only get an instant response during business hours (8:30am-5:30pm EST).

If you message us outside of business hours, a support ticket will be generated, and our support team will get back to you as soon as possible.

What Should You Ask in the Chat vs. in a Support Ticket?

The instant messaging nature of the chat feature works perfectly for quick questions such as “How do I export contacts?” or “Why aren’t my employees showing up on my Staff list?”

These are both issues that our support specialist will be able to walk you through or give you a brief explanation on what’s going on.

A more complicated problem might require a support ticket. If this is the case, our support team can get one started for you.

Of course, if you don’t know why you’re experiencing a problem, it can be hard to know whether it’s a quick fix or not. That’s why, regardless of what your question is, we encourage you to reach out however is easiest for you.
